1. The most selfless thing I've ever done was I am not sure on this one. I always try my best to be good friend, wife, sister, daughter. I think the most selfless I have ever been is when I cut people slack and just let them talk everything out to me, even if I have a million things to do.
2. When it comes to working out I have a love/hate relationship. I love the feeling after you're done working out and I love being in shape.. But I have been so out of the routine that it is hard to get back in to it. I do love team sports and yoga though! I just have trouble convincing myself to go to the gym by myself .
3. A woman should always work hard to be herself and try to look in the bright side in hard situations. Women are the rock of a lot of their relationships, so it is important to try and be positive and thank God and life for all your blessings before dwelling on the shortcomings.
4. I wish I stick to a diet and exercise routine and then I'd get all skinny and good lookin :) .
5. A best friend is someone who you can tell everything to and know they are just listening and not judging. Also someone who you always want to do something with, even when there is nothing to do .
6. I can't get enough of all the fall colors! I love the leaves and the grass and the sweaters.
7. This weekend I am going to Eugene, OR to celebrate a birthday with friend, eat at all my old favorite restaurants from College, stroll the campus, and cheer on my ducks!
happy friday everyone!!

Don't go to the gym by yourself, come with me! I usually go with my mom but she just walks on the treadmill and i'm trying to do the couch to 5k, so sometimes i'm not motivated to actually finish it... This is the 3rd time I've started it and I'm only on day 3. Running is awful for me because of my knees, but I'm really trying hard to run. We go Tuesdays, and Thursdays after work and TRY to make it Sundays mornings... but i wouldn't mind going even more often if I had someone a little more badass than my mom to motivate me. You could be my guest though and go for free, they have a bunch of classes too. I've only tried the Zumba though and I sucked.
