Depends on the dress code, I think a lot of places you can definitely go sleeveless but ours is more old fashioned (probably cuz the partners are old). Our shoulders have to be covered. I've seen people break the rule, and I have too, but it usually just depends on the office. I bet it's a lot more acceptable in cities where it's really warm.

ReplyDeleteMaybe you could go sleeveless for a couple hours, if you're working in a frenzy or something, but I think you need to bring a sweater.
